Chevrolet Customer Support Portal
Chevrolet and Alpine Motors are committed to achieving excellence in ownership experience and have been working on several plans to raise the standard of after-sales service in Singapore. Among them is the Chevrolet Customer Support (CCS) portal which will be managed by Alpine Motors.
The portal, to be ready by the first week of April, is a stand-alone service website for potential customers and Chevrolet owners to:
- seek information beyond what the main Chevrolet website would provide
- obtain response from relevant departments in Alpine Motors to queries and concerns
- provide Service Quality feedback and suggestions
Customers and owners will be assured of a response to any query submitted through the portal as all queries will be issued a number, logged, distributed to the relevant department/personnel and monitored (to ensure a prompt response).
The portal will also be updated regularly to offer a wide knowledge base that will include useful owner information for the various Chevrolet models, tips and advice, and solutions to common problems.
